Return & Exchange Policy

At Aarzoo Street, we currently offer exchange only within the conditions below.


Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Item must be in original packaging with tags (if applicable).

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Eligible Items

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products (unless received defective).


Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video (recommended)

We will provide replacement support after verification.


Exchange Process

  1. Email support@aarzoostreet.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will guide you through the exchange steps.

  3. After inspection, replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability).


Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged item): we assist accordingly.

  • If exchange is due to size or preference: return shipping charges may apply.
